Piret Voolaid, Estonian Literary Museum, Estonia

Senior Researcher Piret Voolaid, PhD, Department of Folkloristics, Estonian Literary Museum and Executive Manager of the Centre of Excellence of Estonian Studies, Tartu, Estonia. She’s a member of  Academic Folklore Society and Estonian Olympic Society.  She’s organizing lots of international conferences and symposiums in Estonian research milieu. She’s author and co-author of numerous monographs and articles. She’s a specialist in the field of culture and folklore studies, traditional and modern culture and society, narratives and beliefs, short form of folklore, school lore and Internet Folklore.
