Barry L. Jackson
Barry L. Jackson is a National Board Certified Counsellor, a licensed counsellor in Pennsylvania and Professor Emeritus. He is a Fulbright Senior Scholar and was a member of psychology and counselling delegations to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Malawi. As a senior research fellow at Otego University Medical School in Wellington, New Zealand he advised the government on addiction issues and taught resident physicians. He has taught and lectured in 32 countries on psychological topics, presented papers at Rhoades House in Oxford, England, presented several international webinars, and is the author of more than150 published papers, articles and books. Professor Jackson’s interests include psychology and religion, addiction studies, and self-injurious and suicidal behaviours.
