Karlis Aleksandrs Konkovs

Karlis Aleksandrs Konkovs is doctoral student in the natural sciences program at the Faculty of Geography and Earth Sciences of the University of Latvia. He has a Master’s degree in environmental sciences. He is currently writhing a doctoral thesis about lake and water resources management in Latvia. He has written currently two published works regarding lake and water resources governance in Latvia. He also is interested in Piebalga region cultural heritage.
