Uzun Yuliia, PhD (Political Sciences), Associate Professor at the Faculty of International Relations, Political Science аnd Sociology of Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University, Department of History and World Politics. Her scientific interests focus on: theory and practice of regional geopolitics; dynamics of the territorial order and institutional design in multinational states; regional, state and local governance; development of local self-government and problems of the interaction between public authorities; and systems of multiple levels of governance and the protection of minority rights.
