REGISTRATION FEE
Regular registration till May 20th 2005:
Full registration: 200 EUR
Concessions (accompanying persons, delegates from countries with non-convertible currencies, students, independent scholars, persons on benefits, retirees): 150 EUR
Late registration from May 21st 2005 and on-site:
Full registration: 250 EUR
Concessions: 180 EUR
Registration fee can be paid by credit card, by bank transfer or in cash.
Registration fee form must be filled in upon payment.
Forms completed should be mailed or faxed to congress organizers.
We strongly recommend paying the registration fee by May 20th 2005.
Bank transfers and credit card payments only until July 1st 2005 can be accepted.

A handling fee of 3 % applies for credit card payments.
All amounts are payable in Euros only.
Following the receipt of your registration fee form and registration fee, you will be sent a confirmation letter by e-mail or post. Please be prepared to show the confirmation letter or a copy of it upon your arrival in Tartu at the registration desk.
Please contact us if you need an invoice of registration fee.
If an institution or organisation pays for the registration fee of several individuals, the registration fee form must be filled in by each one of them separately. On the registration fee form name and contact details of the institution paying for the registration fee must be indicated as well as the type of payment used (credit card or bank transfer).
Any alterations or cancellations to registration must always be made in writing.
Refunds are possible only for cancellations before or on July 1st 2005.
