Kaks kuulsat veskit Lõuna-Muhumaal,
Muhumaal, Muhumaal,
Või Mardil, teine Rässa Vesiaal, Vesiaal.
Vesiaa mees see oli kurb,
teda rõhus naise surm,
siis tal veskitegu mõte pähe lõi,
:,: kivid kandis Ellamaalt,
lisaks puida Järve maalt,
töötas päevi ja veski valmis sai. :,:

Siis naeris rahvas laia lõuaga,
lõuaga, lõuaga,
mis Vesiaa mees teeb tuuleveskiga,
veskiga?
Vesiaa püüliveski pääl
kajab lõõtsapilli hääl,
kaalub mölder pilli saatel mativilja,
:,: töötab päevi, töötab öid,
veedab tunde unetuid,
töötab varavalgel, töötab õhtul hilja. :,:

Kui Vas´sa uue maja valmis saab,
valmis saab, valmis saab,
siis oma noore naise koju toob,
koju toob.
Vas´sa istub tare man,
vana must tal põlvel on,
toas tal kuiku-luiku noorik nagu roos,
:,: veski vilgub nii kui virel,
akna all neil õitseb sirel,
nii elas kord kuulus Vesiaa mees. :,:

A song about a man who built a mill while grieving for his late wife. People were laughing, for they did not understand what he would do with it. The song gives a hint that the man might marry a young woman and grid the grain for the villagers.
