A jocular song. A miller is asked where should a bag of oats go. The miller’s advice is to leave it at the foot of a daughter’s bed. That night, the bag starts to move, and the daughter calls her mother for help. The mother scolds her daughter for raising a fuss, for she could have had the lord of the manor. The daughter says she doesn’t want the lord, she wants to marry a peasant boy.
